Proverbs 12:3

A person cannot stand firm on a foundation of wickedness, and the roots of righteous people cannot be moved.

He won’t get rich, and his wealth won’t last. His possessions won’t spread out over the land.

The one who does not collect interest on a loan or take a bribe against an innocent person. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

When the storm has passed, the wicked person has vanished, but the righteous person has an everlasting foundation.

The righteousness of innocent people makes their road smooth, but wicked people fall by their own wickedness.

A wicked person delights in setting a trap for ⌞other⌟ evil people, but the roots of righteous people produce ⌞fruit⌟.

No one has the power to prevent the spirit  of life from leaving. No one has control over the day of his own death. There is no way to avoid the war ⌞against death⌟. Wickedness will not save wicked people ⌞from dying⌟.

Then Christ will live in you through faith. I also pray that love may be the ground into which you sink your roots and on which you have your foundation.

Sink your roots in him and build on him. Be strengthened by the faith that you were taught, and overflow with thanksgiving.

May your good judgment be blessed. Also, may you be blessed for keeping me from slaughtering people today and from getting a victory by my own efforts.
