Numbers 28:3

These are the offerings by fire that you must bring to the Lord. Every day you must bring as a daily burnt offering two one-year-old lambs that have no defects.

They were ordered to sacrifice burnt offerings to the Lord. This happened on the altar of burnt offerings continually, morning and evening, as written in the Lord’s Teachings that he gave Israel.

He sacrificed every day, on weekly days of rest—holy days, on the New Moon Festivals, and on the three annual festivals (the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the Festival of Weeks, and the Festival of Booths) as Moses had commanded.

After that, they sacrificed the daily burnt offerings, the offerings for the New Moon Festival and all the other holy festivals of the Lord, and all the freewill offerings brought to the Lord.

His forces will dishonor the holy place (the fortress), take away the daily burnt offering, and set up the disgusting thing that causes destruction.

From the time the daily burnt offering is taken away and the disgusting thing that causes destruction is set up, there will be 1,290 days.

Then it attacked the commander of the army so that it took the daily burnt offering from him and wrecked his holy place.

Go to Bethel and sin. Go to Gilgal and sin even more. Bring your sacrifices every morning. Bring a tenth of your income every three days.

This burnt offering is for every day of rest—a holy day, in addition to the daily burnt offerings and the wine offerings that go with them.

In addition to the daily burnt offering with its wine offering, one male goat must be offered to the Lord as an offering for sin.

Offer these in addition to the morning burnt offering.

Bring all these offerings on each of the seven days. They are food. They are offerings by fire, a soothing aroma to the Lord. They will be offered in addition to the daily burnt offering and the wine offering that goes with it.

Offer these animals that have no defects along with their wine offerings, in addition to the daily burnt offerings and their grain offerings.”

Offer one in the morning and the other at dusk.

Also bring one male goat as an offering for sin (in addition to the ⌞other⌟ offering for sin to make peace with the Lord) and the daily burnt offerings with their grain offerings and wine offerings.

Also bring one male goat as an offering for sin in addition to the daily burnt offerings with their grain offerings and wine offerings.

Offer these in addition to the monthly burnt offering with its grain offering, and the daily burnt offerings with their proper grain offerings and wine offerings. They are a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the Lord.

John saw Jesus coming toward him the next day and said, “Look! This is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.

That is how these two parts of the tent were set up. The priests always went into the first part of the tent to perform their duties.

Everyone living on earth will worship it, everyone whose name is not written in the Book of Life. That book belongs to the lamb who was slaughtered before the creation of the world.
