I am giving you, your sons, and your daughters all the holy contributions the Israelites bring to the Lord. These contributions will always be yours. It is an everlasting promise of salt in the Lord’s presence for you and your descendants.”

The money from the guilt offerings and the offerings for sin was not brought into the Lord’s temple. It belonged to the priests.

Don’t you know that the Lord God of Israel gave the kingdom of Israel to David and his descendants forever in a permanent promise?

He told the people living in Jerusalem to give the priests and Levites the portions they were due so that they could devote themselves to the Lord’s Teachings.

Set apart as holy the breast that is offered to the Lord and the thigh that is the contribution. Both will come from the ram used for the ordination. They both belong to Aaron and his sons.

Offer them to the Lord. The priests must throw salt on them and offer them as burnt offerings to the Lord.

Also put salt on each of your grain offerings. The salt of God’s promise  must never be left out of your grain offerings. Put salt on all your offerings.

He may eat the food of his God—what is holy and what is very holy.

From every offering you must bring one loaf to the Lord as a ⌞special⌟ contribution. It will belong to the priest who throws the blood of the fellowship offering.

“The contributions that come as gifts taken from the offerings presented by the Israelites are also yours. I am giving these to you, your sons, and your daughters. They will always be yours. Anyone in your household who is clean  may eat them.

The Lord said to Aaron, “I am putting you in charge of all the contributions given to me. I am giving you and your descendants all the holy gifts from the Israelites as your share. These contributions will always be yours.

Collect all these things from the soldiers’ half of the loot, and give them to the priest Eleazar as a contribution to the Lord.

Moses gave the Lord’s taxes to the priest Eleazar, as the Lord had commanded him.

Take the holy things and the offerings you have vowed to bring, and go to the place the Lord will choose.

Bring him your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, one-tenth of your income, your contributions, the offerings you vow to bring, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your cattle, sheep, and goats.
