There were many burnt offerings in addition to the fat of the fellowship offerings and wine offerings that accompanied the burnt offerings. So the worship in the Lord’s temple was reestablished.

You must use this money to buy bulls, rams, lambs, grain, and wine to offer on the altar of the temple of your God in Jerusalem.

I will take the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord.

With the first lamb make an offering of eight cups of flour mixed with one quart of virgin olive oil. Make a wine offering of one quart of wine.

Take me with you. Let’s run away. The king has brought me into his private rooms. We will celebrate and rejoice with you. We will praise your expressions of love more than wine. How right it is that the young women love you!

“If your offering is a sheep or goat, you must bring a male that has no defects.

Bring a grain offering of four quarts of flour mixed with olive oil with it. This will be a sacrifice by fire made to the Lord, a soothing aroma. Use one quart of wine for the wine offering.

“If your sacrifice is a fellowship offering of sheep to the Lord, you must bring a male or female animal that has no defects.

If your offering is a lamb, you must bring it to the Lord.

They will be beautiful and lovely. Young men will prosper on grain, and young women will prosper on new wine.

Do this for each bull, each ram, and each sheep or goat.

“With a ram, give a grain offering of 16 cups of flour mixed with 1¼ quarts of oil

The wine offering that goes with each bull will be 2 quarts of wine, with each ram 1½ quarts of wine, and with each lamb 1 quart of wine. This will be the monthly burnt offering for every month of the year.

Also bring a wine offering of one quart of wine for each lamb. Pour it out to the Lord in a holy place.

My life is being poured out as a part of the sacrifice and service ⌞I offer to God⌟ for your faith. Yet, I am filled with joy, and I share that joy with all of you.

My life is coming to an end, and it is now time for me to be poured out as a sacrifice to God.

But the grapevine responded, ‘Should I stop producing my wine, which makes gods and humans happy, in order to rule the trees?’
