Jesus used another illustration. He said, “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who planted good seed in his field.

Again Jesus used stories as illustrations when he spoke to them. He said,

Be like servants waiting to open the door at their master’s knock when he returns from a wedding.

Jesus and his disciples had been invited too.

I’m as protective of you as God is. After all, you’re a virgin whom I promised in marriage to one man—Christ.
