God replied, “No! Your wife Sarah will give you a son, and you will name him Isaac [He Laughs]. I will make an everlasting promise to him and his descendants.

But I will make my promise to Isaac. Sarah will give birth to him at this time next year.”

He gave himself for us to set us free from every sin and to cleanse us so that we can be his special people who are enthusiastic about doing good things.

That is why he is always able to save those who come to God through him. He can do this because he always lives and intercedes for them.

But if we live in the light in the same way that God is in the light, we have a relationship with each other. And the blood of his Son Jesus cleanses us from every sin.

You know that Christ appeared in order to take away our sins. He isn’t sinful.

I answered him, “Sir, you know.” Then he told me, “These are the people who are coming out of the terrible suffering. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb.

The Messenger of the Lord appeared to her and said, “You’ve never been able to have a child, but now you will become pregnant and have a son.

Hannah became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel [God Hears], because she said, “I asked the Lord for him.”
