I will turn my attention to a proverb. I will explain my riddle with the ⌞music of⌟ a lyre.

I will open my mouth to illustrate points. I will explain what has been hidden long ago,

The disciples asked him, “Why do you use stories as illustrations when you speak to people?”

Then he used stories as illustrations to tell them many things. He said, “Listen! A farmer went to plant seed.

When Jesus finished this speech, the crowds were amazed at his teachings.

As he taught, he said, “Watch out for the experts in Moses’ Teachings! They like to walk around in long robes, to be greeted in the marketplaces,

Jesus called them together and used this illustration: “How can Satan force out Satan?

Jesus replied to them, “The mystery about God’s kingdom has been given ⌞directly⌟ to you. To those on the outside, it is given in stories:

“Listen! A farmer went to plant seed.

The chief priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teachings.
