They went out of the tomb and ran away. Shock and trembling had overwhelmed them. They didn’t say a thing to anyone, because they were afraid.
The man of God told Gehazi, “Put on a belt, take my shepherd’s staff in your hand, and go. Whenever you meet anyone, don’t stop to greet him. If he greets you, don’t stop to answer him. Lay my staff on the boy’s face.”
They hurried away from the tomb with fear and great joy and ran to tell his disciples.
When Jesus finished this speech, the crowds were amazed at his teachings.
Go and tell his disciples and Peter that he’s going ahead of them to Galilee. There they will see him, just as he told them.”

Don’t carry a wallet, a traveling bag, or sandals, and don’t stop to greet anyone on the way.
They were terrified, and thought they were seeing a ghost.
