“When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, don’t be alarmed! These things must happen, but they don’t mean that the end has come.

How horrible it will be for the world because it causes people to lose their faith. Situations that cause people to lose their faith will arise. How horrible it will be for the person who causes someone to lose his faith!

Don’t lose courage or be afraid when rumors are heard in the land. One rumor comes one year; another rumor comes the next year. Rumors of violence are in the land. Rumors that one ruler will fight against another are in the land.

“Don’t say that everything these people call a conspiracy is a conspiracy. Don’t fear what they fear. Don’t let it terrify you.”

Do not be afraid of sudden terror or of the destruction of wicked people when it comes.

He is not afraid of bad news. His heart remains secure, full of confidence in the Lord.

Even though an army sets up camp against me, my heart will not be afraid. Even though a war breaks out against me, I will still have confidence ⌞in the Lord⌟.

We are all going to die; we are all like water that is poured on the ground and can’t be gathered up. But doesn’t God forgive a person? He never plans to keep a banished person in exile.

“Don’t be troubled. Believe in God, and believe in me.

When King Herod and all Jerusalem heard about this, they became disturbed.

Many will come using my name. They will say, ‘I am he,’ and they will deceive many people.

Nation will fight against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes and famines in various places. These are only the beginning pains ⌞of the end⌟.
