God's Word

Jesus put his arms around the children and blessed them by placing his hands on them.

Like a shepherd he takes care of his flock. He gathers the lambs in his arms. He carries them in his arms. He gently helps the sheep and their lambs.

While they were eating, Jesus took bread and blessed it. He broke the bread, gave it to them, and said, “Take this. This is my body.”

Then he took a little child and had him stand among them. He put his arms around the child and said to them,

You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.
