‘We are wiping your city’s dust from our feet in protest against you! But realize that God’s kingdom is near you!’

Whether these rebellious people listen or not, they will realize that a prophet has been among them.

If anyone doesn’t welcome you or listen to what you say, leave that house or city, and shake its dust off your feet.

As you go, spread this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven is near.’

His Son is the reflection of God’s glory and the exact likeness of God’s being. He holds everything together through his powerful words. After he had cleansed people from their sins, he now holds the honored position—the one next to the majestic God [the Father] on the heavenly throne.
