The goat will take all their sins away to a deserted place. The man must release the goat in the desert.

He has not treated us as we deserve for our sins or paid us back for our wrongs.

As far as the east is from the west— that is how far he has removed our rebellious acts from himself.

All the rebellious things that he did will not be remembered. He will live because of the right things that he did.

“Then lie on your left side and take the punishment of the nation of Israel yourself. You will bear its punishment as many days as you lie on that side.

He will sprinkle the blood seven times on the one to be cleansed and will declare that person clean. Then he will let the living bird fly away into the open country.

Christ paid the price to free us from the curse that the laws in Moses’ Teachings bring by becoming cursed instead of us. Scripture says, “Everyone who is hung on a tree is cursed.”

Likewise, Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of humanity, and after that he will appear a second time. This time he will not deal with sin, but he will save those who eagerly wait for him.

Christ carried our sins in his body on the cross so that freed from our sins, we could live a life that has God’s approval. His wounds have healed you.
