It is good for people to endure burdens when they’re young.

O Lord, blessed is the person whom you discipline and instruct from your teachings.
Remember your Creator when you are young, before the days of trouble come and the years catch up with you. They will make you say, “I have found no pleasure in them.”
“It is good to continue to hope and wait silently for the Lord to save us.
They should sit alone and remain silent because the Lord has laid these burdens on them.
