When the food was put in front of him, he said, “I won’t eat until I’ve said what I have to say.” “Speak up,” Laban said.

They love to be greeted in the marketplaces and to have people call them Rabbi.

But don’t make others call you Rabbi, because you have only one teacher, and you are all followers.

Then Judas, who betrayed him, asked, “You don’t mean me, do you, Rabbi?” “Yes, I do,” Jesus replied.

Then Judas quickly stepped up to Jesus and said, “Hello, Rabbi!” and kissed him.

Peter remembered ⌞what Jesus had said⌟, so he said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree you cursed has dried up.”

Then Judas quickly stepped up to Jesus and said, “Rabbi!” and kissed him.

Peter said to Jesus, “Rabbi, it’s good that we’re here. Let’s put up three tents—one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

Jesus turned around and saw them following him. He asked them, “What are you looking for?” They said to him, “Rabbi” (which means “teacher”), “where are you staying?”

Nathanael said to Jesus, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the king of Israel!”

The disciples said to him, “Rabbi, not long ago the Jews wanted to stone you to death. Do you really want to go back there?”

He came to Jesus one night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that God has sent you as a teacher. No one can perform the miracles you perform unless God is with him.”

So they went to John and asked him, “Rabbi, do you remember the man you spoke so favorably about when he was with you on the other side of the Jordan River? Well, he’s baptizing, and everyone is going to him!”

The people left the city and went to meet Jesus.

Jesus told them, “I have food to eat that you don’t know about.”

When they found him on the other side of the sea, they asked him, “Rabbi, when did you get here?”

His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, why was this man born blind? Did he or his parents sin?”
