Then, after the two days, Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s go back to Judea.”
Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea when Herod was king. After Jesus’ birth wise men from the east arrived in Jerusalem.
The time was coming closer for Jesus to be taken to heaven. So he was determined to go to Jerusalem.
Yet, when Jesus heard that Lazarus was sick, he stayed where he was for two more days.
After a while Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s go back to every city where we spread the Lord’s word. We’ll visit the believers to see how they’re doing.”
