Then Zophar from Naama replied ⌞to Job⌟,
Fear death, because ⌞your anger⌟ is punishable by death. Then you will know there is a judge.”
When Job’s three friends heard about all the terrible things that had happened to him, each of them came from his home—Eliphaz of Teman, Bildad of Shuah, Zophar of Naama. They had agreed they would go together to sympathize with Job and comfort him.
“My disturbing thoughts make me answer, and because of them I am upset.
Then Eliphaz of Teman, Bildad of Shuah, and Zophar of Naama went and did what the Lord had told them to do. And the Lord accepted Job’s prayer.
