Why do you rip yourself apart in anger? Should the earth be abandoned for your sake or a boulder be dislodged?

I am biting off more than I can chew and taking my life in my own hands.

As surely as a mountain falls and rocks are dislodged,

“God’s anger tore me ⌞apart⌟ and attacked me. He gritted his teeth at me. My opponent looked sharply at me.

Why do you think of us as cattle? Why are we considered stupid in your eyes?

“Indeed, the light of the wicked is snuffed out. The flame of his fire stops glowing.

“Would you undo my justice? Would you condemn me so that you can be righteous?

Certainly, anger kills a stubborn fool, and jealousy murders a gullible person.

The mountains may move, and the hills may shake, but my kindness will never depart from you. My promise  of peace will never change,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

He answered me, “The wickedness of the nations of Israel and Judah is terrible. The land is filled with murder, and the city is filled with wrongdoing. They think that the Lord has abandoned the land and that he doesn’t see.

Then God asked Jonah, “What right do you have to be angry over this plant?” Jonah answered, “I have every right to be angry—so angry that I want to die.”

The earth and the heavens will disappear, but my words will never disappear.

Whenever the spirit brings on a seizure, it throws him to the ground. Then he foams at the mouth, grinds his teeth, and becomes exhausted. I asked your disciples to force the spirit out, but they didn’t have the power to do it.”

Whenever a spirit takes control of him, he shrieks, goes into convulsions, and foams at the mouth. After a struggle, the spirit goes away, leaving the child worn out.
