Shephatiah (son of Mattan), Gedaliah (son of Pashhur), Jucal (son of Shelemiah), and Pashhur (son of Malchiah) heard that Jeremiah was speaking to all the people.

Elijah said, “I solemnly swear, as the Lord of Armies whom I serve lives, I will present myself to Ahab.”

So Obadiah went to tell Ahab. Ahab went to meet Elijah.

Elisha answered, “Don’t be afraid. We have more forces on our side than they have on theirs.”
