All the kings of the earth will give thanks to you, O Lord, because they have heard the promises you spoke.

Now, you kings, act wisely. Be warned, you rulers of the earth!

All the ends of the earth will remember and return to the Lord. All the families from all the nations will worship you

Kings will bring you gifts because of your temple high above Jerusalem.

May all kings worship him. May all nations serve him.

At that time the root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the people ⌞to gather around⌟. The nations will come to him. His resting place will be glorious.

I, the Lord, have called you to do what is right. I will take hold of your hand. I will protect you. I will appoint you as my promise  to the people, as my light to the nations.

This is what the Lord says: The products from Egypt, the merchandise from Sudan, and the important Sabaeans will come to you. They will belong to you. They will follow you. They will come to you in chains. They will bow to you and pray to you, “Certainly God is with you alone, and there is no other God.”

Turn to me and be saved, all who live at the ends of the earth, because I am God, and there is no other.

They will come from far away. They will come from the north and from the west, and they will come from the land of Sinim.

Then kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens will nurse you. They will bow in front of you with their faces touching the ground. They will lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord. Those who wait with hope for me will not be put to shame.

The Almighty Lord, who gathers the scattered people of Israel, declares, “I will gather still others besides those I have already gathered.”

“Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you. In my anger I struck you, but in my favor I have compassion on you.

You will drink milk from other nations and nurse at royal breasts. Then you will know that I am the Lord, your Savior, the Mighty One of Jacob, your Defender.

The nations will see your righteousness. All kings will see your glory. You will be given a new name that the Lord will announce.

This is what the Lord says: I will offer you peace like a river and the wealth of the nations like an overflowing stream. You will nurse and be carried in Jerusalem’s arms and cuddled on her knees.

They will capture the few survivors of Edom and all the other nations that were under my authority, declares the Lord, who will do these things.

On that day many nations will join the Lord and become my people. I will live among you. Then you will know that the Lord of Armies has sent me to you.

So wherever you go, make disciples of all nations: Baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Scripture also says that by the authority of Jesus people would be told to turn to God and change the way they think and act so that their sins will be forgiven. This would be told to people from all nations, beginning in the city of Jerusalem.

When I have been lifted up from the earth, I will draw all people toward me.”

The Lord gave us the following order: ‘I have made you a light for the nations so that you would save people all over the world.’ ”

so that the survivors and all the people who aren’t Jewish over whom my name is spoken, may search for the Lord, declares the Lord.

When the seventh angel blew his trumpet, there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will rule as king forever and ever.”

The nations will walk in its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it.
