God's Word

Grain is ground into flour, but the grinding eventually stops. It will be threshed. The wheels of his cart will roll over it, but his horses won’t crush it.

You, my people, have been threshed and winnowed. I make known to you what I heard from the Lord of Armies, the God of Israel.

Black cumin isn’t threshed  with a sledge, and wagon wheels aren’t rolled over cumin. Black cumin is beaten with a rod and cumin with a stick.

All of this has come from the Lord of Armies. His counsel is wonderful, and his wisdom is great.

Correct me, O Lord, but please be fair. Don’t correct me when you’re angry. Otherwise, you’ll reduce me to nothing.

I’m going to give the order. I will sift the nation of Israel out of all the nations as if I were using a sieve. Not one pebble will fall to the ground.

They brought these gifts to the Lord: six freight wagons and twelve oxen, one wagon from every two leaders and one ox from each leader. They brought them in front of the tent.

His winnowing  shovel is in his hand, and he will clean up his threshing floor. He will gather his wheat into a barn, but he will burn the husks in a fire that can never be put out.”

I can guarantee this truth: A single grain of wheat doesn’t produce anything unless it is planted in the ground and dies. If it dies, it will produce a lot of grain.

We are God’s coworkers. You are God’s field. You are God’s building.
