Hebrews 13:11

The chief priest brings the blood of animals into the holy place as an offering for sin. But the bodies of those animals were burned outside the Israelite camp.

But burn the bull’s meat, skin, and excrement outside the camp. It is an offering for sin.

Then take a young bull as an offering for sin, and burn it in the place appointed near the temple, outside the holy place.

He must take the bull and the goat outside the camp. These animals were the offering for sin whose blood was brought into the holy place to make peace with the Lord for sins. The skin, meat, and excrement from the animals must be burned.

Then he will take off these clothes and put on some others. He will take the ashes to a clean place outside the camp.

Any offering for sin must not be eaten if some of the blood was brought into the holy place in the tent of meeting to make peace with the Lord. It must be burned.”

He burned the meat and the skin outside the camp.

Aaron’s sons brought him the blood. He dipped his finger in the blood and put it on the horns of the altar. Then he poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar.

Give it to the priest Eleazar. It must be taken outside the camp and slaughtered in his presence.

The priest must then wash his clothes and his body. After that, he may go into the camp. But he will be unclean  until evening.
