After he sent the man out, God placed angels  and a flaming sword that turned in all directions east of the Garden of Eden. He placed them there to guard the way to the tree of life.

The angel answered, “They are the four spirits of heaven. They are going out after standing in the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

What are all the angels? They are spirits sent to serve those who are going to receive salvation.
