And God saw everything that he had made and that it was very good. There was evening, then morning—the sixth day.

In six days the Lord made heaven, earth, and the sea, along with everything in them. He didn’t work on the seventh day. That’s why the Lord blessed the day he stopped his work and set this day apart as holy.

It will be a permanent sign between me and the Israelites, because the Lord made heaven and earth in six days, and on the seventh day he stopped working and was refreshed.’ ”

The Lord has made everything for his own purpose, even wicked people for the day of trouble.

It is beautiful how God has done everything at the right time. He has put a sense of eternity in people’s minds. Yet, mortals still can’t grasp what God is doing from the beginning to the end ⌞of time⌟.

Both good and bad come from the mouth of the Most High God.

He is a rock. What he does is perfect. All his ways are fair. He is a faithful God, who does no wrong. He is honorable and reliable.

Everything God created is good. Nothing should be rejected if it is received with prayers of thanks.

God’s word and prayer set it apart as holy.
