Tell your brother Aaron everything I command you, and he must tell Pharaoh to let the Israelites leave the country.

Micaiah answered, “I solemnly swear, as the Lord lives, I will tell him whatever the Lord tells me.”

You will speak to him and tell him what to say. I will help both of you speak, and I will teach you both what to do.

Aaron will speak to the people for you. He will be your spokesman, and you will be like God.

Later Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and said, “This is what the Lord God of Israel says: Let my people go into the desert to celebrate a festival in my honor.”

He said to Moses, “I am the Lord. Tell Pharaoh (the king of Egypt) everything I tell you.”

Moses and Aaron did as the Lord had commanded them.

Brace yourself, Jeremiah! Stand up, and say to them whatever I tell you to say. Don’t be terrified in their presence, or I will make you ⌞even more⌟ terrified in their presence.

But the Lord said to me, “Don’t say that you are only a boy. You will go wherever I send you. You will say whatever I command you to say.

He also said to me, “Son of man, take to heart everything I have spoken to you, and listen closely.

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman over the people of Israel. Listen to what I say, and warn them for me.

Teach them to do everything I have commanded you. “And remember that I am always with you until the end of time.”

I didn’t avoid telling you the whole plan of God.

Never add anything to what I command you, or take anything away from it. Then you will be able to obey the commands of the Lord your God that I give you.
