I warned Jews and Greeks to change the way they think and act and to believe in our Lord Jesus.

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for every one of you because the news of your faith is spreading throughout the whole world.

As far as our relationship to Christ Jesus is concerned, it doesn’t matter whether we are circumcised or not. But what matters is a faith that expresses itself through love.

From Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by God’s will. To God’s holy and faithful people who are united with Christ in the city of Ephesus.

This way, with all of God’s people you will be able to understand how wide, long, high, and deep his love is.

In the presence of our God and Father, we never forget that your faith is active, your love is working hard, and your confidence in our Lord Jesus Christ is enduring.

You don’t need anyone to write to you about the way Christians should love each other. God has taught you to love each other.

We always have to thank God for you, brothers and sisters. It’s right to do this because your faith is showing remarkable growth and your love for each other is increasing.

Our Lord was very kind  to me. Through his kindness he brought me to faith and gave me the love that Christ Jesus shows people.

My goal in giving you this order is for love to flow from a pure heart, from a clear conscience, and from a sincere faith.

I hear about your faithfulness to the Lord Jesus and your love for all of God’s people.

God is fair. He won’t forget what you’ve done or the love you’ve shown for him. You helped his holy people, and you continue to help them.

Love each other with a warm love that comes from the heart. After all, you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth. As a result you have a sincere love for each other.

Now, suppose a person has enough to live on and notices another believer in need. How can God’s love be in that person if he doesn’t bother to help the other believer?

Christ has given us this commandment: The person who loves God must also love other believers.
