A roof sags because of laziness. A house leaks because of idle hands.

Hard-working hands gain control, but lazy hands do slave labor.

The wisest of women builds up her home, but a stupid one tears it down with her own hands.

A lazy person does not plow in the fall. He looks for something in the harvest but finds nothing.

The desire of a lazy person will kill him because his hands refuse to work.

because both a drunk and a glutton will become poor. Drowsiness will dress a person in rags.
