“A voice spoke from heaven a second time, ‘Don’t say that the things which God has made clean are impure.’
It doesn’t go into his thoughts but into his stomach and then into a toilet.” (By saying this, Jesus declared all foods acceptable.)
A voice spoke to him a second time, “Don’t say that the things which God has made clean are impure.”
He said to them, “You understand how wrong it is for a Jewish man to associate or visit with anyone of another race. But God has shown me that I should no longer call anyone impure or unclean.
This happened three times. Then everything was pulled back into the sky again.
“But I answered, ‘I can’t do that, Lord! I’ve never put anything impure or unclean into my mouth.’
God doesn’t discriminate between Jewish and non-Jewish people. He has cleansed non-Jewish people through faith as he has cleansed us Jews.
God’s word and prayer set it apart as holy.
