Both groups were divided impartially by drawing lots so that there were officers for the holy place and officers for God among both Eleazar’s and Ithamar’s descendants.

The land inherited by the nine-and-a-half tribes was determined by drawing lots as the Lord had commanded through Moses.

So Joshua drew lots for them in the presence of the Lord in Shiloh. There Joshua divided the land among the tribes of Israel.

The wall of the city had 12 foundations. The 12 names of the 12 apostles of the lamb were written on them.
