The apostles had a single purpose as they devoted themselves to prayer. They were joined by some women, including Mary (the mother of Jesus), and they were joined by his brothers.

The women who had come with Jesus from Galilee followed closely behind Joseph. They observed the tomb and how his body was laid in it.

All his friends, including the women who had followed him from Galilee, stood at a distance and watched everything.

When the day of rest—a holy day, was over, Mary from Magdala, Mary (the mother of James), and Salome bought spices to go and anoint Jesus.

That same hour they went back to Jerusalem. They found the eleven apostles and those who were with them gathered together.

Someone told Jesus, “Your mother and your brothers are standing outside. They want to see you.”

So the person who speaks in another language should pray for an interpretation of what he says.
