All Israel from Dan to Beersheba knew Samuel was the Lord’s appointed prophet.
So my advice is to gather all Israel’s troops from Dan to Beersheba, since they are as numerous as the sand on the seashore. Lead them into battle yourself.
‘I, the Lord, will transfer the kingship from Saul’s family and establish David’s throne over Israel and Judah from Dan to Beersheba.’ ”
As long as Solomon lived, Judah and Israel (from Dan to Beersheba) lived securely, everyone under his own vine and fig tree.
When all your words come true—and they certainly will come true—these people will know that a prophet has been among them.”
I also sent you prophets from among your children and Nazirites from among your youths. Isn’t that so, people of Israel? The Lord has declared this.

You may be wondering, “How can we recognize that the Lord didn’t speak this message?”
