Whenever our conscience condemns us, we will be reassured that God is greater than our conscience and knows everything.

I cling to my righteousness and won’t let go. My conscience won’t accuse me as long as I live.

You aren’t right about this! I’ve got an answer for you: God is greater than any mortal.

You have set our sins in front of you. You have put our secret sins in the light of your presence.

Who will condemn them? Christ has died, and more importantly, he was brought back to life. Christ is in the honored position—the one next to God the Father on the heavenly throne. Christ also intercedes for us.

I have a clear conscience, but that doesn’t mean I have God’s approval. It is the Lord who cross-examines me.

You know that people like this are corrupt. They are sinners condemned by their own actions.

No creature can hide from God. Everything is uncovered and exposed for him to see. We must answer to him.

God made a promise to Abraham. Since he had no one greater on whom to base his oath, he based it on himself.

This is how we will know that we belong to the truth and how we will be reassured in his presence.

Dear friends, if our conscience doesn’t condemn us, we can boldly look to God

Dear children, you belong to God. So you have won the victory over these people, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

I will kill her children. Then all the churches will know that I am the one who searches hearts and minds. I will reward each of you for what you have done.
