They made woven clothing from blue, purple, and crimson thread for serving in the sanctuary. They also made holy garments for Aaron, as the Lord had ordered Moses to do.
and put on it all the equipment used in the services on the altar: the firepans, meat forks, shovels, and sprinkling bowls. Spread over it a fine leather covering and then insert its carrying poles.
Moses wrote this law down and gave it to the priests, the sons of Levi, who carried the Ark of the covenant of the Lord, and to all the Israelite elders.
