When Jesus arrived at the house where he was staying, the blind men came in too. “Are you convinced that I'm able to do this?” he asked them. “Yes, Lord,” they replied.

The jar of flour did not become empty and the jug of olive oil did not run out, just as the Lord had said through Elijah.

Later that day Jesus left the house, and sat down to teach beside the sea.

Then Jesus left the crowds and went into a house. His disciples came over to him, and asked him, “Please explain to us the story about the weeds in the field.”

Since they failed to trust in him, he did not do many miracles there.

When Jesus arrived at Peter's house, he saw that Peter's mother-in-law was sick in bed with a high fever.

A leper approached him and bowed down, worshiping him, and said, “Lord, if you're willing, please heal me.”

Jesus turned and saw her. “Be happy, for your trust in me has healed you,” he told her. The woman was immediately healed.

As Jesus continued on from there, two blind men followed him, shouting, “Son of David, please have mercy on us!”

Then Jesus touched their eyes, and said, “Because of your trust in me it will happen!”

All who live in me and trust in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

“Didn't I tell you that if you trusted me you would see God's glory?” Jesus replied.

He sat there listening to Paul speaking. When Paul looked directly at him, and realized that the man was trusting in God to heal him,
