You'll always have the poor with you, but you won't always have me.

But Jesus replied, “Leave her alone! Why are you criticizing her for doing something beautiful to me?

My children, I will be with you only a little while longer. You will look for me, but I'm telling you now just as I told the Jews: you cannot come where I'm going.

I left the Father and came into the world; now I leave the world and return to my Father.”

But now I'm going to the one who sent me, and yet not one of you is asking me, ‘Where are you going?’

I am leaving the world, but they will remain in the world; I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them in your name, the name that you gave to me, so that they may be one, just as we are one.

For he must stay in heaven until the time when everything is restored, as God announced through his holy prophets long ago.

You will always have those who are poor and in need among you, so that's why I'm telling you to give generously to them.

Your love, my dear brother, has brought me much happiness and encouragement. You have really inspired those of us who believe!
