Having said this, he showed them his hands and feet.
“Look at my hands and my feet—you can see it's me. Touch me and you'll be certain, for a ghost doesn't have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”
But they still couldn't believe it because they were so elated and amazed. He asked them, “Do you have anything to eat?”
After this greeting he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples were full of joy to see the Lord.
Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and look at my hands. Put your hand in the wound on my side. Stop doubting and trust in me!”
