One Who Hears (Simon) fell to his knees in front of Creator Sets Free (Jesus). “Wisdomkeeper!” he groaned. “Go away from me! For I am a bad-hearted and unholy man.” “Do not fear!” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) told him. “From now on your nets will catch two-leggeds.”


The man could not repay him, so the ruler ordered that the man, his family, and all he owned be sold to pay for the debt.


“Get out of my way, Accuser (Satan), you evil trickster!” he said to Stands on the Rock (Peter). “You have become a stone to trip over and make me stumble on my path. Your thoughts are against the Great Spirit, for his ways are not the ways of human beings.” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) knew that his follower’s thinking was being affected by Accuser (Satan).


For the Word of the Great Spirit is alive, powerful, and sharper than any two-edged long knife. His Word cuts deep into the inner being, separating soul from spirit and joints from marrow. His Word uncovers the true nature of the human heart, its thoughts and intentions.


So what are we to say? Are we Tribal Members in a better place than the Outside Nations? I tell you without a doubt that we are not! For I have already made my argument that all human beings have followed their bad hearts and broken ways.


For we know that our old self was nailed to the cross with him, killing the evil desires in our bodies, so that our broken ways will not rule over us.


In the same way, we were also children held in bondage under the spiritual powers that rule this world.
