Romans 2:12

First Nations Version

For all the Outside Nations who have followed their bad hearts and broken ways, even though they had no written law to follow, will come to a bad end. And all who were given the tribal law but also followed their bad heart and broken ways, their own tribal law will decide against them.

When I am among the ones who are outside of our tribal law, I consider myself as also outside of our tribal law. Even so, I am not truly outside Creator’s law, but under the law of the Chosen One. I do this to gain their respect and win them over to the good story.


All who seek good standing with Creator through working hard to keep our tribal law are under the law’s curse. For it is written in our Sacred Teachings, “Cursed is anyone who does not perform all that is written down in the book of the law.”


That law did not have the power to set us free, because of our broken humanity. But Creator found a way by sending his Son, in the likeness of broken and weak human beings, to bear the weight of our broken ways in his own human body and set us free from our guilt and shame.


Even though they know that Creator is right when he says these worthless ways deserve death and will lead others there, they continue to walk in these ways, and even worse, they give their approval to other people who also walk this path.


But the day of their end will be better than yours.” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) turned his eyes to the sky and sent his voice to the Great Spirit.


For whoever does everything our tribal law requires yet fails in one thing is guilty of breaking all of it.


The law produces only anger for those who fail to walk in it. Where there is no law, only a promise, then no one would be failing to keep a law.


So then, it will be worse for you in the day when you face your end.


But our Sacred Teachings make it clear that because of broken ways Creator has rounded everyone up into one corral, so that the promise he made to Father of Many Nations (Abraham) would be sure to find its way to all who trust in what Creator Sets Free (Jesus) the Chosen One has done.


“The only power you have is what has been given you from above,” he answered. “The ones who turned me over to you carry the greater guilt.”


Creator knew, before it happened, that the tribes would use the power of the People of Iron (Romans) to have him violently killed by nailing him to a tree-pole—the cross. But the Maker of Life let you have your way with him, because he had made a plan, long ago, to bring him back to life. Creator Sets Free (Jesus) was released from the painful grip of death, for even death itself could not hold him captive.
