Our trust in him opens the way into Creator’s great kindness and is now the solid ground on which we stand. Now our boasting is in him, as we look forward to being the kind of people the Great Spirit created us to be, a people filled with his beauty and shining-greatness.
I am asking him to shine his light into your hearts so you can clearly see the hope he has chosen us for and the beautiful treasure he has in us, his holy people.
“The ones representing me who welcome this little child are welcoming me. When you welcome me, you are not only welcoming me but also the one who sent me. That is what I meant when I said, ‘The lowest among you will become the greatest of all.’”
But the Separated Ones (Pharisees) and the scroll keepers would complain about this. They would say things like, “This man welcomes outcasts to join him at the table and eat with him.”
He also came to show his kindness and mercy to the Outside Nations so they would also give honor to the Great Spirit. For the Sacred Teachings say, “I will tell the truth about you to all the Nations, I will sing songs to them to honor your name.”
If there are any complaints against each other, then carry that burden basket and learn to forgive. For we must forgive others in the same manner that our Honored Chief has freely forgiven us.
