So in these situations keep what you believe about these things between you and the Great Spirit. The ones who are doing what they know to be right have no reason to feel any guilt, for Creator’s blessing rests on them.

My much-loved friends, if our hearts are free from guilt, this gives us the courage to stand boldly before Creator.


One person may decide that one day is more sacred than another, while another may decide that all days are the same. Each of you should be sure in your own mind that you have made the right decision.


Are any among you wise and understanding? Then show it in the way you live, doing good from a humble and wise heart.


My sacred family members, if someone among you has given in to broken ways, you who are guided by the Spirit should lead this person back to the right path in a spirit of gentleness. But keep a close eye on yourselves, for you may be tempted to do the same kind of thing.


But the ones who are not sure they are doing right will feel their guilt, for whatever does not come from trusting in Creator comes from our broken ways.


We may be bragging, but we are bold enough to tell you that our hearts are pure, for we have walked this road of life in a sacred and true manner. We have not followed the ways of this world, but by the gift of Creator’s great kindness we have walked in a good way before the people of this world, and even more toward you. In the same way, our words to you are as straight as an arrow. We do not speak with forked tongues in our letters to you.


Creator Sets Free (Jesus) the Chosen One has shown me that no food by nature is ceremonially impure, but if someone considers it to be impure, for that person it is impure.


One person trusts that all foods are good to eat, while another whose understanding is weak might only eat herbs and plants.


Knowing this, my aim is to walk with a clear heart toward the Great Spirit and my fellow human beings.


Someone have pity on me, for I am a man trapped in sorrow! Who will set me free from my broken humanity?


I do not understand why I do the things I do. I want to walk in a good way, but I end up doing the things I hate.


But you who judge and decide the guilt of those who walk in these broken ways have no excuse for doing so. When you decide the guilt of others, you are only proving your own guilt, because you are doing the same kinds of things.


But not all human beings have this knowledge. There are some who are familiar with spirit-images. So when they eat food they know has been offered to a spirit-image, they feel bad about it deep inside. Their understanding is weak, and so they feel they have done something wrong.
