For if the message of our tribal law, spoken to us by spirit-messengers, has always stood firm, and every failure to walk in that law was given the punishment deserved,

“But the Great Spirit said to him, ‘Why are you being so foolish? This is the day you will cross over to death and give an answer for your life. Now who will get the goods you have stored up for yourself?’” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) let the people think about the story, and then he said,

“Get out of my way, Accuser (Satan), you evil trickster!” he said to Stands on the Rock (Peter). “You have become a stone to trip over and make me stumble on my path. Your thoughts are against the Great Spirit, for his ways are not the ways of human beings.” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) knew that his follower’s thinking was being affected by Accuser (Satan).
