For you know the loving kindness of our Honored Chief Creator Sets Free (Jesus) the Chosen One. Even though he had great treasures, he became poor for your sake, that through his poverty you might share in his great treasures.


In the same way, the True Human Being did not come to be served by others, but to offer his life in the place of many lives, to set them free.” The road to Village of Peace (Jerusalem) took them through Moon Village (Jericho).


Creator’s Word became a flesh-and-blood human being and pitched his sacred tent among us, living as one of us. We looked upon his great beauty and saw how honorable he was, the kind of honor held only by this one Son who fully represents his Father—full of his great kindness and truth.


That law did not have the power to set us free, because of our broken humanity. But Creator found a way by sending his Son, in the likeness of broken and weak human beings, to bear the weight of our broken ways in his own human body and set us free from our guilt and shame.


But when the time was right, Creator sent his Son, who was born of a woman and born under our tribal law.


For we do not have a chief holy man who is unable to feel the same kind of pain and sorrow we feel. Even though he faced the same temptations we face, he never gave in to them or did anything wrong.


When the Chosen One walked this earth, he came not only to please himself but to help others. The Sacred Teachings say, “The insults they spoke against you have landed on me.”


This means we must keep our eyes on Creator Sets Free (Jesus), the trailblazer of our spiritual ways, the one who was first to reach the end of the trail. The joy that lay before him gave him the strength to suffer on the cross and willingly bear its shame. He now sits at Creator’s right hand in the place of greatest honor.


“Who is the greater one?” he asked. “The one who is being served, or the one who serves?” They all hung their heads and would not look him in the eye. “Is it not the one being served?” he responded. “But here I am serving you.” The voice of Creator Sets Free (Jesus) became full of compassion and love. His followers lifted their heads up and looked at their Wisdomkeeper.


This is what I am saying: the Chosen One came as a servant to our Tribal People, to show that the Great Spirit has kept the promises he made to our ancestors.


Even though Creator Sets Free (Jesus) has always been the same as the Great Spirit and shared everything equally with him, he did not even think of holding on to this in a selfish way.


“Here is the one I have chosen, who does all I ask and makes my heart glad. I have made my stand with him and love him as a father loves a son. My Sacred Spirit will rest on him and give him a message that will right the wrongs done to all people.


Keep the ones who are in prison in your thoughts as if you were there with them, and those who are mistreated as if you in your own body shared their suffering.


This is the good story about Creator’s own Son. In his human body he was descended from Chief Much Loved One (David),


“It is true,” he answered, “Great Spirit Is Creator (Elijah) comes first to prepare the way for all things to be restored. And I tell you that he has already come—but none recognized him—and they did whatever they wanted to him, just as the Sacred Teachings foretold. But do you know that it has also been foretold that the True Human Being will suffer many things and be treated with scorn and disrespect?”


Yes, he was nailed to a tree-pole—the cross—and died as a weak human being, but he now lives by the power of the Great Spirit. In the same way we, like him, are also weak human beings, but you will see that, like him, we also live by the power of the Great Spirit as we walk together with you.
