Keep yourselves free from the love of possessions and be at peace with what you have. For the Great Spirit himself has said, “I will never leave you or give up on you.”


“This is how it will be for the ones who make themselves rich but forget about Creator’s true riches.”


“Then only one thing remains,” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) told him, “Take all of your possessions and give them to the ones who have none. Then you will have great possessions in the spirit-world above. And then come, walk the good road with me.”


Instruct the ones who have many possessions in this present world not to see themselves as better than others. They must not put their hope in their many possessions, which cannot be depended on, but in the Great Spirit, who, from his great possessions, provides all we need to enjoy life.


“Share your possessions with the ones in need, and you will have money pouches that never wear out, filled with possessions from the spirit-world above.


A great sadness came to the face of Creator Sets Free (Jesus) as he looked at the man. And then he said, “Walking the good road is a hard thing for the ones who have many possessions. It would be easier for a moose to squeeze through the eye of a beading needle.”


“Only one thing remains,” he answered. “Take all of your possessions and give them to the ones who have none, and then you will have great possessions in the spirit-world above.” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) then gave the man the same invitation that he gave to his message bearers. “Come,” he said to the man, “and walk the road with me.”


Instead, give away your possessions to the ones in need, and then you will be storing up great possessions in the spirit-world above, where nothing can be lost or stolen.


“Here is another way to see what I am saying. If the elder of a family had known what night the thieves were coming, he would not have let them break in.
