When the head soldier of the People of Iron (Romans) and his soldiers who were guarding Creator Sets Free (Jesus) felt the earth shake and saw what was happening all around them, they trembled with fear and said, “This man must truly be the Son of the Great Spirit!”

When the head soldier of the People of Iron (Romans), who was standing in front of Creator Sets Free (Jesus), saw how he died, he said, “This man must truly be the Son of the Great Spirit!”


The soldiers then sat down and kept watch over him.


He said, ‘I am the Son of the Great Spirit,’ so let the one he has put his trust in come and rescue him now—if he wants him.”


But the head soldier, wanting to spare the life of Small Man (Paul), stopped them. He ordered the ones who could swim to jump overboard and swim to land.


They decided to send Small Man (Paul) by a great canoe to Land of Young Bulls (Italy). Village of Iron (Rome) was the head village of the Ruler of the People of Iron (Caesar) in the territory of Land of Young Bulls (Italy). So Small Man (Paul), along with some other prisoners, was turned over to a head soldier of the Royal Guard, named Soft Haired Man (Julius).


and then called two head soldiers to himself. “I want you to be ready by the third hour of the night,” he instructed them. “Gather seventy horsemen and two hundred spearmen and take them as far as Chief Village (Caesarea).”


At once he took some soldiers and their officers with him and ran to where they were attacking Small Man (Paul). When the crowd saw the head soldier and his men, they stopped beating Small Man (Paul).


As Creator Sets Free (Jesus) walked into Village of Comfort (Capernaum), a head soldier from the People of Iron (Romans) came up to him.


When the evil snake saw that Creator Sets Free (Jesus)was weak and hungry, he came to him and whispered in his ear. “Are you the Son of the Great Spirit?” he hissed. “Prove it by turning these stones into frybread.”


At that same time there was a great shaking of the earth. A tenth of the village came crashing down, and seven thousand people were killed. Those who remained were filled with fear and gave honor to the Great Spirit of the world above.


and in a powerful way he was shown to be the Son of the Great Spirit when his human body was raised from the dead by the Spirit of all that is sacred.


Small Man (Paul) then called out to one of the head soldiers, “This young man has something important to report, so take him to your head officer.”


Now there lived a man in Chief Village (Caesarea) whose name was Little Horn (Cornelius). He was a head soldier in the Young Bulls (Italian) band of the People of Iron (Romans).


When they heard this, the words pierced their hearts like a long knife. With troubled hearts they lifted their voices to Stands on the Rock (Peter) and all the message bearers. “Fellow Tribal Members,” they said, “tell us what we must do.”


They answered him back, “Our law tells us he must die, for he has represented himself as the Son of the Great Spirit.”


Then with one voice they asked, “Are you then the Son of the Great Spirit?” “You have said it,” he answered them. “I am.”


and said, “You who thought you could tear down the sacred lodge and rebuild it in three days—can you even save yourself? If you are the Son of the Great Spirit, then come down off that cross!”


Creator Sets Free (Jesus) remained silent before all and said nothing to defend himself. Hollow in the Rock (Caiaphas) was frustrated! His face became red with anger, and his voice thundered. “On your honor before the living Creator I call on you to speak the truth!” he demanded. “Tell us whether you are the Chosen One, the Son of the Great Spirit!” The room became silent. Time seemed to stand still. The air was filled with tension as they waited for his answer. When he spoke, every ear and eye in the room were fixed on him, for he must now answer.


Suddenly the earth began to quake. Large rocks cracked and shattered. Then in the sacred lodge the great heavy blanket that hung over the entry to the Most Holy Place was torn from top to bottom. For the first time the inner chamber, where only the chief holy man could go, was open to all.
