Their shameful ways are like the foam churned up by the storm-tossed waves of the sea. They are lost and wandering stars that have strayed from their proper path in the night sky. A place of deep darkness that goes on and on is kept ready for them.


Our sacred family members must learn to give themselves to doing good for others when they are in need. In this way, they will not fail to bear good fruit in their lives.


The ones who do not stay joined to me are broken off and dry up, and then they are gathered up and used to make a fire.


“For there will be much weeping and grinding of teeth in anger when you see Father of Many Nations (Abraham), He Made Us Laugh (Isaac), Heel Grabber (Jacob), and all the prophets of old, feasting in the Land of Creator’s good road, but you are on the outside looking in!


He will then put him out of the family to share the fate of the ones who wear false faces. There the uncle will weep with them as they grind their teeth together in anger and frustration.

“But the fearful, the untrustworthy, the doers of shameful things, those who murder, the sexually impure, the bad medicine people, the ones who pray to spirit-images, and all who speak lies, their place will be in the fiery lake of burning rocks. This is the second death.”


These bad-hearted ones are like dried-up watering holes and clouds that scatter and melt in the wind. A place of deep darkness is kept ready for them.


“As you walk the good road with me, you are the salt of the earth, bringing cleansing and healing to all. Salt is a good thing, but if it loses its saltiness, how will it get its flavor back? That kind of salt has no worth and is thrown out.


The tomahawk is already at the root of the trees, and the ones that have no good fruit will be cut down and tossed into the fire.
