“Titles such as ‘wisdomkeeper,’ ‘chief,’ and ‘spiritual guide’ are not for you. There is only one true Wisdomkeeper, Chief, and Spiritual Guide—the Chosen One—and you all belong to his family. So call no one on earth by the title ‘father,’ for only the Great Spirit is truly the Father of us all.

My sacred family members, not many of you should become teachers of our spiritual ways. For you know that we who teach will face a stricter judgment.


Do not use your authority to boss people around. Instead, show them the way by doing first what you are asking of them.


But I have prayed for you that your failure will not turn you from the good road. When you turn back once again, then help the others to do the same.”


While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them. A voice spoke from the cloud, saying, “This is my much-loved Son, the one who makes my heart glad. Listen to him!”


I, He Shows Goodwill (John), am your brother in the sacred family and one who walks a path of suffering with you as we walk the good road with firm steps following Creator Sets Free (Jesus) the Chosen One. I had been banished to the island called Walking Place (Patmos) because I had spoken the truth about Creator Sets Free (Jesus) and his message from the Great Spirit.


“Do not humble yourself before me,” the spirit-messenger told me. “I stand beside you and your family members who are prophets and beside all who follow the words of this book, as one who serves the Great Spirit. Honor the Great Spirit and serve him alone!


I then humbled myself before the spirit-messenger to give him praise and honor. “Do not humble yourself to me in this way,” he said. “I am one who stands by your side to serve the Great Spirit. I stand with you and all the sacred family members who have stood firm as truth tellers for Creator Sets Free (Jesus). Give praise and honor only to the Great Spirit. For the spirit of prophecy is at work when the truth is told about Creator Sets Free (Jesus).”

The story we tell is not about ourselves. It is about our Honored Chief Creator Sets Free (Jesus) the Chosen One. And because of him we see ourselves as your servants.


Instead, we want to work together with you to make your hearts glad. It is not our aim to rule over you but to walk together with you as you stand firm in your faith.


Speaks Well Of (Judas) walked right up to Creator Sets Free (Jesus). “Greetings, Wisdomkeeper,” he said and then kissed him.


So consider it an honor that you will be treated the same as your Wisdomkeeper. If they have called the chief of the council house Worthless Ruler (Beelzebul), how much worse will they speak of the members of his council?

“What do you want from me?” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) said to him. “Wisdomkeeper,” he answered, “make me see again!”


Stands on the Rock (Peter) remembered that it was the same tree Creator Sets Free (Jesus) had spoken against. “Wisdomkeeper!” he said. “Look, the fig tree you spoke against has dried up from the roots!”


Speaks Well Of (Judas), also known as Village Man (Iscariot), when he arrived, walked right up to Creator Sets Free (Jesus). “Wisdomkeeper!” he said, and then kissed him.


When they caught up to him, he saw them and asked, “What are you looking for?” “Wisdomkeeper,” they asked, “where are you staying?”


“Wisdomkeeper!” Creator Gives (Nathanael) answered. “You are the Son of the Great Spirit and the Chieftain of the tribes of Wrestles with Creator (Israel)!”


They took their argument to Gift of Goodwill (John). “Wisdomkeeper,” they said to him, “the one you told us about at the river Flowing Down (Jordan) is performing the purification ceremony. All of the people are going to him now.”


Meanwhile, the ones who walked the road with him said, “Wisdomkeeper, here is some food to eat!”


When they arrived on the other side and found Creator Sets Free (Jesus), they asked, “Wisdomkeeper, when did you get here?”

But his followers said to him, “Wisdomkeeper, the Tribal Members there tried to throw stones at you to kill you! Why would you want to go back there?”


“Strong Tears (Mary),” he said to her in a soft and kind voice. She looked closer at him and her eyes grew wide. Then she hugged him close and whispered in his ear in her native language. “Rabboni!” she said, meaning Wisdomkeeper.


Treat him not as a slave, but as more than your slave—treat him as a much-loved spiritual brother. If he is loved by me in this way, he should be loved all the more by you, both as a human being and as one who belongs to our Honored Chief.
