Each one of you has been given a gift, so use it to serve one another, as a good manager of the many kinds of gifts Creator gives.


So the Chosen One also died once when he took on himself the bad hearts and broken ways of many people. He will appear a second time, not to die for broken ways but to set free and make whole all who keep their eyes wide open as they wait for him.


Because they represent the Great Spirit, the elders who watch over the sacred family must have a good reputation with outsiders. They must not be stubborn, hot-headed, heavy drinkers, violent, or greedy for possessions.


For we must all stand before the council seat of the Chosen One and give an answer for what we have done in these earthly bodies—whether good or bad. Then the Chosen One will give back to each of us the honor that is due.


“You tell me,” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) answered, “who is the wise one, worthy of trust? The uncle who feeds and cares for the family while the elder is away?


Stay with the ones who welcome you. There is no need to move around from house to house. Share their food and drink with them, for the ones who work hard are worth feeding.


Another was Woman of His Goodwill (Joanna), the wife of Vision Seer (Chuza), the headman of the household of Chief Looks Brave (Herod). And then there was Water Flower (Susanna). These women and many others helped out with their own goods.


“When the True Human Being comes in all of his power and shining-greatness, along with all of his spirit-messengers, he will sit down in his seat of honor.


“Many moons passed before the headman returned from his journey. He gathered the trusted tribal members together to see how well they had traded.


“‘No one has hired us,’ they answered. He agreed to pay them fairly and sent them to work.


“He paid the workers hired at the end of the day a full day’s wage.
