“The people of this generation are bent and twisted with no faith! How much longer will I have to put up with you?” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) cried out. Then he said, “Bring the boy to me.”
“If Creator covers the wild grass in the plains with such beauty, which is here today and gathered for tomorrow’s fire, will he not take even better care of you? Why is your faith so small?
Later, at another time, he showed himself to the eleven message bearers while they were sitting around a table eating a meal. He scolded them for their hard hearts and failure to believe the others who had seen him alive.
“This is a generation with no faith!” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) said to them all. “How much longer will I have to put up with you? Bring the boy to me.”
“Why are you full of fear?” he asked them, “Is your faith so small?” He stood up and spoke sharply to the wind and the raging water. At his words a great peace fell upon the surface of the waters.
Then he turned to Looks Like His Brother (Thomas) and said, “Look closely at my hands and touch my scars with your finger. Put your hand into the wound in my side. Then put away your doubts and trust in me.”
“Your generation is bent and twisted—with no faith,” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) said. “How much longer will I have to be with you and put up with you? Bring your son to me.”
When Creator Sets Free (Jesus) heard them, he said, “Why are you talking like this? Why are you worried that you forgot to bring frybread? Is your faith so small?
Stands on the Rock (Peter) said many more things to the ones who were listening. With strong words he kept telling them, “This is how you will be set free and rescued from the bent and twisted ways of this generation.”
