Filled with fear, they all moved back from him, thinking he was a ghost.

When I saw him, I dropped to the ground and lay at his feet as a dead man. He put his right hand on me and said, “Do not fear!

The women, trembling with fear, fell down to the ground on their faces. The men said, “Why do you look for the living in the place of the dead?

“You have lost your mind!” they said to her, but she assured them that it was he. “It must be his spirit-messenger,” they kept saying to each other.

He then opened their minds so they could see the full meaning of the Sacred Teachings
