At the ninth hour Creator Sets Free (Jesus), speaking in his own language, cried out with a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?”—which means, “O Great Spirit, my Creator, why have you left me alone?”

That is when Creator Sets Free (Jesus), speaking in his native language, cried out loud, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani”—which means, “O Great Spirit, my Creator, why have you left me alone?”


In the days when Creator Sets Free (Jesus) walked among us as a human being, he sent his voice to the Great Spirit with tears and loud cries to the only one who could rescue him from death. His prayers were heard because of the honor and respect he showed to the One Above Us All.


One day, in the middle of the after-noon, he had a sacred vision. He could clearly see a spirit-messenger from Creator coming toward him. “Little Horn (Cornelius)!” the messenger said to him.


At the same time Creator Sets Free (Jesus) cried out with his last breath, “O Great Father, my spirit is in your hands!” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) was dead.


It was now midday, for the sun had reached the center of the sky. A great shadow of darkness covered the land like a blanket, and the sky remained dark until midafternoon.


At the sixth hour of the day clouds moved in and covered the land with darkness until the ninth hour.


It was the third hour of the day when they nailed him to the cross.


Some of the people standing there heard him and said, “He is calling on the prophet, Great Spirit Is Creator (Elijah), to help him.”
