“Did I not sit with you every day in the sacred lodge? Why did you not take me then? This is your time, and you have given the powers of darkness their day.”

But remember, we are not fighting against human beings. Our battle is against the evil rulers, the dark powers, and the spiritual forces of the spirit-world above and around us.


“But now I am deeply troubled and in anguish!” he said. “Should I ask my Father to rescue me from this hour that has now come? No! I came into the world for this time and for this purpose.” He then lifted his face, looked up to the sky, and sent his words to the Great Spirit.


The Giver of Life has set us free from the dark ruler of this world. He has brought us safely onto his good road to walk it together with Creator’s much-loved Son.


My message will open their eyes so they may turn from the path of darkness to walk the road of life, and turn away from the power of the Accuser (Satan) to the power of the Great Spirit, so they may be released and set free from their bad hearts and wrongdoings. In this way, they will find their place among all who are made holy by trusting in me.’


They returned to the head holy men and the Separated Ones (Pharisees), who asked them, “Where is he? Why did you not arrest him?”


There is only a little time left for me to talk with you. The dark ruler of this world is coming. His power over me is nothing,


The tribal leaders were looking for a way to arrest him, but no one could even lay a hand on him, for it was not yet his time.


When he arrived at the lodge, the head holy men were waiting for him. They and the ruling elders of the people came to him. “By what right do you do these things?” they challenged. “Who gave you this right?”


He then turned to the head holy men, the lodge soldiers, and the council elders, who had come to take him. “Why do you come at me with clubs and long knives as if I were a thief?” he asked them.


The lodge soldiers grabbed hold of him, dragged him away, and took him to the house of the chief holy man. Watching from a distance, Stands on the Rock (Peter) followed them.


As soon as he had taken the frybread, Speaks Well Of (Judas) got up from the table and went out into the night.
